Privacy Policy
AutoInit Publisher is a social-media publishing application operated by AutoInit LLC ("AutoInit", "we", "us"). It is a business tool used by AutoInit and the client businesses that engage AutoInit to create, schedule, and publish content to their own Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. It is not offered to, and does not collect data from, the general public.
Information we access
When a business authorizes AutoInit Publisher through Meta's platform, we access only the data needed to publish and manage content on that business's behalf:
- Facebook Page identity (Page name and ID) and Page access tokens
- Instagram professional account identity (account ID and username)
- Identifiers and permalinks of the posts we publish
- Aggregate engagement and insights metrics for the Pages and accounts we manage
We do not access or collect consumer personal data, private messages, friend lists, or any data belonging to people who interact with the Pages we manage.
How we use it
Solely to provide our service to the authorizing business: publishing approved content, retrieving links to published posts, and reporting on content performance. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers that host our infrastructure (cloud database/storage and application monitoring), who process it only on our instructions.
Storage and security
Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest in a secured vault. Access is restricted to authorized AutoInit operators. Data is transmitted only over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Retention and deletion
We retain platform data only while the client relationship and the corresponding Meta authorization remain active. See Data Deletion Instructions for how to request removal. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
